As school lets out, I want to take a moment to thank everyone for making this an outstanding school year. The Boulder Valley School District has a lot to celebrate as we kick off Summer Break.

The Colorado Department of Education recently announced its annual awards for 2025 and 29 Boulder Valley schools were among those honored.

A traditional high school diploma signifies a student has achieved the basic requirements of course completion and state performance measures in math and language arts. This graduation season, many students have gone above and beyond the standard requirements of a diploma thanks to BVSD’s Grad Plus framework.
